TPRQ: Holli Wood with pallet 6

anon on tumblr requested holli from the sadly unable to live up to it's potential, Cool world. One thing I cannot fault in this movie is holli's animation, so freaking beautiful, totally over sexualised though, but still so many lovely  outfits including this one, which is thight high boots, shorts, strappless bra thing and neck cape, my 2nd favourite of mine.
